智能給藥系統(tǒng)結(jié)合了緩控釋制劑和靶向制劑的優(yōu)點(diǎn),能根據(jù)特定的生理或環(huán)境信號(hào)動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)藥物釋放速率,近年來逐漸成為研究熱點(diǎn)。智能給藥系統(tǒng)可通過pH值、酶、氧化還原、氧、葡萄糖等內(nèi)源性響應(yīng)型或溫、光、磁、超聲等外源性響應(yīng)型以及pH值/酶、pH值/氧化還原雙重響應(yīng)型等多模態(tài)響應(yīng)型觸發(fā)藥物的釋放,遞藥載體包括凝膠劑、微針貼片、納米載體,在眼部給藥、鼻腔給藥、經(jīng)皮給藥、口服給藥、注射給藥、陰道給藥等多種給藥途徑中應(yīng)用。梳理了智能給藥系統(tǒng)的響應(yīng)機(jī)制、載體設(shè)計(jì)的臨床應(yīng)用,論證智能給藥系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Intelligent drug delivery system (IDDS) combines the advantages of slow-release and targeted drugs, and can dynamically adjust the drug release rate based on specific physiological or environmental signals. In recent years, IDDS has gradually become a research hotspot. IDDS can trigger drug release through endogenous response types (including pH value enzyme, redox, oxygen, and glucose response), exogenous response types (including temperature, light, magnetic, and ultrasound response), and multimodal response types (including pH/enzyme and pH/redox dual response types). Drug delivery carriers of IDDS include gel, microneedle patch and nano carrier, which are used in various drug delivery routes such as eye administration, nasal administration, transdermal administration, oral administration, injection administration, and vaginal administration. This article summarizes the response mechanism of DDS, the clinical application of carrier design, and demonstrates the practical clinical value of DDS.
