乳腺癌是全球范圍內(nèi)嚴(yán)重威脅女性健康的惡性腫瘤，治療的藥物不良反應(yīng)和耐藥性是臨床的重大挑戰(zhàn)。蛇床子素可通過誘導(dǎo)腫瘤細(xì)胞凋亡、抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移、抑制腫瘤增殖、降低耐藥性發(fā)揮抗乳腺癌作用。總結(jié)了蛇床子素用于防治乳腺癌的研究，歸納了其作用機(jī)制，為蛇床子素治療乳腺癌提供支持。

Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that seriously threatens women's health worldwide. Adverse drug reactions and drug resistance in treatment are major challenges in clinical practice. Osthole can play an anti-breast cancer role by inducing tumor cell apoptosis, inhibiting tumor cell invasion and metastasis, inhibiting tumor proliferation, and reducing drug resistance. This article summarizes the research progress on osthole in prevention and treatment of breast cancer, concludes their mechanisms, which provides support for treatment of breast cancer with osthole.
