目的 觀察膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎采用骨松寶顆粒、艾瑞昔布片聯(lián)合治療的臨床效果。方法 選取開(kāi)灤總醫(yī)院2022年3月—2024年3月收治的96例膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為對(duì)照組（48例）和治療組（48例）。對(duì)照組餐后口服艾瑞昔布片，1片/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服骨松寶顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組均治療8周。對(duì)比兩組臨床療效、晨僵時(shí)間、膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度、疼痛和癥狀、血清炎癥因子。結(jié)果 治療組的總有效率為93.75%，對(duì)照組的總有效率為77.08%，組間對(duì)比有差異（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組晨僵時(shí)間縮短，膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度擴(kuò)大（P＜0.05），治療組晨僵時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組，膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度大于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組疼痛視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分法（VAS）評(píng)分、西安大略和麥克馬斯特大學(xué)骨關(guān)節(jié)炎指數(shù)（WOMAC）評(píng)分下降（P＜0.05），治療組VAS、WOMAC評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清白細(xì)胞介素-1（IL-1）、超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-3（MMP-3）水平均下降（P＜0.05），治療組血清IL-1、hs-CRP、IL-6、MMP-3水平低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎采用骨松寶顆粒聯(lián)合艾瑞昔布片治療，可改善疼痛癥狀，促進(jìn)膝關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)，降低炎癥因子水平。

Objective To observe the clinical effect in treatment of knee osteoarthritis with the combination of Ericoxib Tablets and Gusongbao Granules. Methods According to random number table method, 96 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Kailuan General Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were divided into a control group (48 cases) and a treatment group (48 cases). The control group took orally Erecoxib Tablets after meals, 1 tablets/time, twice daily. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group took orally Gusongbao Granules, 1 bag/time, 3 times daily. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy, morning stiffness time, knee joint range of motion, pain and symptoms, and serum inflammatory factors were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 77.08%, with a significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the morning stiffness time of both groups of patients was shortened, but the knee joint range of motion was increased (P < 0.05). The morning stiffness time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group, but the knee joint range of motion was greater than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS and WOMAC scores of both groups were decreased (P < 0.05), and the VAS and WOMAC scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1, hs-CRP, IL-6, and MMP-3 in both groups were decreased (P < 0.05), and the levels of IL-1, hs-CRP, IL-6, and MMP-3 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Gusongbao Granules and Ericoxib Tablets in treatment of knee osteoarthritis can alleviate pain symptoms, promote knee joint function recovery, and reduce levels of inflammatory factors.
