目的 探討桂枝茯苓膠囊聯(lián)合氟羅沙星膠囊治療慢性盆腔炎的療效。方法 選取秦皇島市婦幼保健院在2022年2月—2024年12月收治的82例慢性盆腔炎患者，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為對照組和治療組，各41例。對照組服用氟羅沙星膠囊，1次/d，1粒/次。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上服用桂枝茯苓膠囊，3次/d，3粒/次。兩組患者持續(xù)治療14 d。評估患者的治療效果、體征改善情況、超聲檢查指標(biāo)、血清指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 對照組的總有效率為78.05%，治療組的總有效率為95.12%，組間比較差異顯著（P＜0.05）。治療組治療后的盆腔包塊、附件增厚、盆腔積液例數(shù)顯著減少（P＜0.05），且治療組治療后的盆腔包塊、附件增厚、盆腔積液例數(shù)明顯少于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者子宮動脈的平均血流速度明顯升高，阻力指數(shù)明顯降低（P＜0.05）；治療組治療后子宮動脈的平均血流速度高于對照組，阻力指數(shù)低于對照組（P＜0.05）。兩組治療后的血清前白蛋白（PA）、白細(xì)胞介素（IL）-4、IL-10水平比治療前高，血清IL-8水平比治療前低（P＜0.05）；治療組治療后的血清PA、IL-4、IL-10水平高于對照組，血清IL-8水平低于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 桂枝茯苓膠囊聯(lián)合氟羅沙星膠囊可提高慢性盆腔炎的治療效果，減輕癥狀體征，改善子宮動脈血流動力學(xué)，減輕炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Fleroxacin Capsules in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 82 Patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Qinhuangdao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to December 2024 were divided into control and treatment group using a random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in the control group took Fleroxacin Capsules, once daily, one capsule each time. On the basis of the control group, patients in the treatment group took Guizhi Fuling Capsules, 3 times daily, 3 capsules per time. Two groups were treated continuously for 14 d. The treatment effect, improvement of physical signs, ultrasound examination indicators, and serum indicators of the patients were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 78.05%, while that of the treatment group was 95.12%, and the difference between groups was significant (P < 0.05). The number of pelvic masses, thickening of attachments, and pelvic fluid accumulation in the treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment (P < 0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the average blood flow velocity of the uterine artery in both groups of patients were significantly increased, but the resistance index was significantly decreased (P < 0.05). The average blood flow velocity of the uterine artery in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after treatment, but the resistance index in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of PA, IL-4, and IL-10 in both groups were increased, while IL-8 were decreased (P < 0.05). The serum levels of PA, IL-4, and IL-10 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after treatment, while IL-8 levels were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Fleroxacin Capsules can improve the therapeutic effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, alleviate symptoms and signs, improve uterine artery hemodynamics, and alleviate inflammatory reactions.
