心肌缺血再灌注的病機復雜，減輕心肌缺血再灌注損傷對改善預后具有積極意義。白藜蘆醇是一種天然多酚類化合物，可通過降低心肌炎性損傷、減輕心肌細胞的氧化應激損傷、抑制心肌細胞凋亡、抑制心臟神經重塑的發(fā)生發(fā)揮減輕心肌缺血再灌注損傷的作用。總結了白藜蘆醇防治心肌缺血再灌注損傷的藥理作用研究進展，為白藜蘆醇的臨床運用提供依據(jù)。

The pathogenesis of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion is complex, and reducing myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury has positive implications for improving prognosis. Resveratrol is a natural polyphenolic compound, and can alleviate myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by reducing myocardial inflammatory injury, alleviating oxidative stress damage to myocardial cells, inhibiting myocardial cell apoptosis, and suppressing the occurrence of cardiac neural remodeling. This article summarizes the pharmacological research progress of resveratrol in preventing and treating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, providing a basis for the clinical application of resveratrol.
