目的 探討清咳平喘顆粒聯(lián)合注射用頭孢米諾鈉治療社區(qū)獲得性肺炎的臨床療效。方法 回顧性分析天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院在2024年1月～8月就診的150例社區(qū)獲得性肺炎患者的臨床資料，150例患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組75例。對(duì)照組靜滴注射用頭孢米諾鈉，2次/d，1.0 g/次。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上溫水沖服清咳平喘顆粒，3次/d，1袋/次。兩組持續(xù)治療10 d。比較兩組的臨床療效、癥狀改善情況、影像學(xué)吸收評(píng)分、血清指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 對(duì)照組患者的總有效率為82.67%，治療組的總有效率為94.67%，組間比較差異顯著（P＜0.05）。治療組患者退熱時(shí)間、止咳時(shí)間、肺啰音消失時(shí)間、咯痰消失時(shí)間均比對(duì)照組短（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的影像學(xué)吸收評(píng)分顯著減?。?i>P＜0.05），且治療組的影像學(xué)吸收評(píng)分比對(duì)照組更?。?i>P＜0.05）。兩組治療后的血清CXC趨化因子配體10（CXCL10）、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）、正五聚蛋白3（PTX3）水平均低于治療前（P＜0.05）；治療組治療后的血清CXCL10、MMP-2、PTX3水平低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 清咳平喘顆粒聯(lián)合注射用頭孢米諾鈉可提高社區(qū)獲得性肺炎的臨床療效，促進(jìn)癥狀改善，降低炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qingke Pingchuan Granules combined with Cefminox Sodium for injection in treatment of community-acquired pneumonia.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 150 patients with community-acquired pneumonia who visited the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to August 2024 was carried on. All 150 patients were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table method, with 75 patients in each group. The control group patients received intravenous infusion of Cefminox Sodium for injection, twice daily, with a dose of 1.0 g each time. On the basis of the control group, patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qingke Pingchuan Granules diluted with warm water, three times daily, with one bag each time. The clinical efficacy, symptom improvement, imaging absorption score, and serum indicators between two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group (94.67%) was significantly lower than that of the treatment group (82.67%), and the difference between the groups was significant (P < 0.05). The treatment group had lower fever reduction time, cough suppression time, disappearance time of lung rales, and disappearance time of expectoration compared to the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the imaging absorption scores of both groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the imaging absorption scores of the treatment group were smaller than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The serum levels of CXCL10, MMP-2, and PTX3 in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of CXCL10, MMP-2, and PTX3 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusion The combination of Qingke Pingchuan Granules and Cefminox Sodium for injection can improve the clinical efficacy of community-acquired pneumonia, promote symptom improvement, reduce inflammatory reactions.
