目的 探討泌淋膠囊聯(lián)合頭孢泊肟酯治療尿路感染的臨床療效。方法 回顧性選取2021年1月—2024年1月聊城市第二人民醫(yī)院泌尿科收治的100例尿路感染患者臨床資料，根據(jù)用藥方案差異將患者分為對照組50例和治療組50組。對照組患者口服頭孢泊肟酯片，0.1 g/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服泌淋膠囊，3粒/次，每日3次。兩組用藥2周。觀察兩組的療效；比較兩組中醫(yī)癥狀積分、血白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)（WBC）、尿白細(xì)胞（WBC）、血C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）水平。結(jié)果 治療14 d后，與對照組82.00%的總有效率比較，治療組總有效率96.00%較高（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組小便灼熱評分、小便頻數(shù)評分、腰部酸痛評分、小便澀痛評分均降低（P＜0.05）；治療后，與對照組對比，治療組小便灼熱評分、小便頻數(shù)評分、腰部酸痛評分、小便澀痛評分均較低（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血WBC、尿WBC、血CRP指標(biāo)顯著降低（P＜0.05）；治療后，與對照組對比，治療組血WBC、尿WBC、血CRP指標(biāo)均較低（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 泌淋膠囊聯(lián)合頭孢泊肟酯協(xié)同治療尿路感染效果較佳，可縮短尿道感染病程，降低機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)，且藥物安全，值得借鑒與應(yīng)用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Milin Capsules combined with cefpodoxime proxetil in treatment of urinary tract infections.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with urinary tract infections admitted to the Department of Urology of Liaocheng Second People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected. According to the differences in medication regimens, the patients were divided into control group of 50 cases and treatment group of 50 cases. Patients in control group took Cefpodoxime Proxetil Tablets orally, 0.1g each time, twice daily. Patients in treatment group took Milin Capsules orally on the basis of control group, 3 capsules each time, 3 times daily. The two groups were administered medication for 2 weeks. The therapeutic effects of two groups was observed, and the TCM symptom scores, white blood cell count (WBC), urine WBC, and blood C-reactive protein (CRP) levels were compared between two groups.Results After 14 d of treatment, compared with the total effective rate of 82.00% in control group, the total effective rate of 96.00% in treatment group was higher (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of burning sensation during urination, frequency of urination, lumbar soreness and painful urination in two groups decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group, the scores of burning sensation during urination, frequency of urination, lumbar soreness and painful urination in treatment group were lower (P < 0.05). After treatment, the indicators of blood WBC, urine WBC, and blood CRP in both groups decreased significantly (P < 0.05). After treatment, compared with control group, the indicators of blood WBC, urine WBC, and blood CRP in treatment group were all lower (P < 0.05).Conclusion Milin Capsules combined with cefpodoxime proxetil has a better effect in treatment of urinary tract infections, and can shorten the course of urinary tract infections, reduce the inflammatory response of body, and the drug is safe. It is worthy of reference and application.
