骨缺損是骨科最具挑戰(zhàn)性的疾病之一,治療周期長,其修復(fù)機(jī)制的核心在于細(xì)胞分化協(xié)同、免疫微環(huán)境平衡、信號(hào)通路整合等多維度調(diào)控,臨床治療難度較大。葛根素可通過促進(jìn)成骨細(xì)胞增殖與分化、抑制破骨細(xì)胞活性、改善炎癥微環(huán)境、改善氧化微環(huán)境、促進(jìn)血管生成調(diào)節(jié)骨形成和骨吸收平衡,促進(jìn)骨缺損修復(fù)??偨Y(jié)了葛根素促進(jìn)骨缺損修復(fù)的藥理作用研究進(jìn)展,為葛根素臨床治療骨缺損提供參考。

Bone defect is one of the most challenging orthopedic diseases, with a long treatment cycle. The core of bone defect repair mechanism lies in multidimensional regulation such as cell differentiation coordination, immune microenvironment balance, and signal pathway integration, and makes clinical treatment more difficult. Puerarin can promote the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts, inhibit osteoclast activity, improve the inflammatory microenvironment, enhance the oxidative microenvironment, promote angiogenesis, regulate bone formation and resorption balance, and promote bone defect repair. This article summarizes the pharmacological research progress of puerarin in promoting bone defect repair, providing reference for the clinical treatment of bone defects with puerarin.
