目的 探討六味能消膠囊聯(lián)合復(fù)方消化酶治療功能性消化不良的臨床療效。方法 選取成都市西區(qū)醫(yī)院2016年1月—2017年12月收治的功能性消化不良患者70例。隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各35例。對照組餐后口服復(fù)方消化酶膠囊（Ⅱ），2粒/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上餐后口服六味能消膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。兩組均持續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者中醫(yī)證候積分、胃動素和胃泌素水平和生活質(zhì)量評分。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組臨床總有效率分別為77.14%和94.29%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組中醫(yī)證候積分顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組中醫(yī)證候積分明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者胃動素和胃泌素水平較治療前顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療組胃動素和胃泌素水平均明顯高于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者各項生活質(zhì)量評分較治療前均顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療組生活質(zhì)量評分明顯高于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 六味能消膠囊聯(lián)合復(fù)方消化酶治療功能性消化不良療效滿意，可有效緩解臨床癥狀，改善生活質(zhì)量。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Liuwei Nengxiao Capsules combined with compound digestive enzyme in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods Patients (70 cases) with functional dyspepsia in Chengdu Western Hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 35 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Digestive Enzyme Capsules (Ⅱ), 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Liuwei Nengxiao Capsules on the basis of the control group after meals, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the TCM syndrome scores, motilin and gastrin levels, and quality of life scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups was 77.14% and 94.29%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the motilin and gastrin levels in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the motilin and gastrin levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the quality of life scores in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and these scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Liuwei Nengxiao Capsules combined with compound digestive enzyme has satisfactory curative effect in treatment of functional dyspepsia, can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
