目的 研究參芎葡萄糖注射液聯(lián)合厄貝沙坦片治療糖尿病腎病的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年3月—2017年3月海南省第三人民醫(yī)院接收的120例糖尿病腎病患者作為研究對象，隨機(jī)將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各60例。對照組患者口服厄貝沙坦片75 mg/次，2次/d；治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注參芎葡萄糖注射液，200 mL/次，1次/d。兩組患者均持續(xù)治療30 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較兩組患者在治療前后的空腹血糖（FBG）、糖化血紅蛋白（HbAlc）、尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）、尿α₁微球蛋白（α₁-MG）、血清肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、尿酸（UA）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為88.33%、96.67%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者FBG和HbAlc水平均比治療前顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組患者血糖指標(biāo)水平明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的UAER和α₁-MG水平均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組UAER和α1-MG水平均明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者UA和治療前相比顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組UA顯著低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 參芎葡萄糖注射液聯(lián)合厄貝沙坦片治療早期糖尿病腎病具有較好的臨床療效，改善血糖和腎功能指標(biāo)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Salivae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection combined with Irbesartan Tablets in treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Patients (120 cases) with diabetic nephropathy in the Third People's Hospital of Hainan Province from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Irbesartan Tablets, 75 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Salivae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection on the basis of the control group, 200 mL/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 30 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the levels FBG, HbAlc, UAER, α₁-MG, Scr, BUN, and UA in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 88.33% and 96.67%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, FBG and HbAlc levels were significantly decreased in two groups, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the blood glucose indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment,UAER and α₁-MG levels were significantly decreased in two groups, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, UAER and α₁-MG levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, UA level were significantly decreased in two groups, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, UA level in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Salivae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection combined with Irbesartan Tablets has significant clinical efficacy in treatment of diabetic nephropathy, can improve blood sugar and renal function, which has a certain clinical application value.
