目的 探討復方杏香兔耳風膠囊聯(lián)合克拉霉素治療慢性宮頸炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年8月—2017年8月在河北省第七人民醫(yī)院就診的130例患者。隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各65例。對照組口服克拉霉素片，1片/次，2次/d；治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服杏香兔耳風膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。所有患者均連續(xù)用藥2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組糜爛創(chuàng)面愈合時間、VAS評分、SF-36評分及血清學指標的變化情況。隨訪6個月，比較兩組的復發(fā)率。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別是83.08%、95.38%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者糜爛創(chuàng)面愈合時間要明顯短于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；治療后，兩組VAS評分較治療前顯著降低，SF-36評分顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組VAS評分低于對照組，SF-36評分高于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）較治療前均顯著降低，而白細胞介素-10（IL-10）、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（VEGF）水平顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組TNF-α低于對照組，而IL-10、VEGF水平高于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，對照組和治療組的不良反應發(fā)生率分別是13.85%、3.08%，兩組復發(fā)率分別是13.85%、3.08%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 復方杏香兔耳風膠囊聯(lián)合克拉霉素治療慢性宮頸炎具有較好的臨床療效，可加速宮頸糜爛的修復，降低復發(fā)率，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Xingxiang Tuerfeng Capsules combined with clarithromycin in treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods 130 Patients with chronic cervicitis in the Seventh People's Hospital of Hebei Province from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into control (65 cases) and treatment (65 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Clarithromycin Tablets, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xingxiang Tuerfeng Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of erosion wound healing time, VAS score, SF-36 score, and serological indexes in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment group were 83.08% and 95.38%, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, erosion wound healing time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, VAS score in the two groups was significantly decreased, but SF-36 score was significantly increased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, but SF-36 score was higher than that in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, TNF-α in the two groups was significantly decreased, but IL-10 and VEGF were significantly increased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, TNF-α in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, but IL-10 and VEGF were higher than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Xingxiang Tuerfeng Capsules combined with clarithromycin has significant clinical effect in treatment of chronic cervicitis, and can accelerate the repair of cervical erosion, and also can reduce the recurrence rate, which has a certain clinical application value.
