目的 探討少腹逐瘀顆粒聯(lián)合醋酸甲羥孕酮片治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥的臨床效果。方法 選取2015年2月—2016年6月綿陽(yáng)市中心醫(yī)院收治的子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥患者98例作為研究對(duì)象，所有患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各49例。對(duì)照組患者口服醋酸甲羥孕酮片，1片/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服少腹逐瘀顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療6個(gè)月。評(píng)估兩組患者的臨床療效，同時(shí)比較兩組患者的盆腔包塊大小、VAS評(píng)分、糖類抗原125（CA125）、雌二醇（E₂）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黃體生成素（LH）、超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、復(fù)發(fā)率和痛覺發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為93.9%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的73.5%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者盆腔包塊大小、VAS評(píng)分和CA125均較治療前均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組盆腔包塊大小、VAS評(píng)分和CA125顯著低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者E₂水平較治療前均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組E₂水平明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組間比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者h(yuǎn)s-CRP、IL-6和TNF-α水平較治療前均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組炎癥指標(biāo)水平明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。隨訪1年后，治療組患者復(fù)發(fā)率明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05），且痛覺人數(shù)明顯少于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 少腹逐瘀顆粒聯(lián)合醋酸甲羥孕酮片治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥具有較好的臨床療效，有助于緩解患者臨床癥狀、降低機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)、降低復(fù)發(fā)率，且安全性高，具有一定的臨床推廣價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Granules combined with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate Tablets in treatment of endometriosis. Methods Patients (98 cases) with endometriosis in Mianyang Central Hospital from February 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 49 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shaofu Zhuyu Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the pelvic mass size, VAS, CA125, E₂, FSH, LH, hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, recurrence rate, and the occurrence of pain in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 93.9%, which was significantly higher than 73.5% in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the pelvic mass size, VAS, and CA125 in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the pelvic mass size, VAS scores, and CA125 levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the E₂ level in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the E₂ levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum Inflammatory index levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After 1 year of follow-up, the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the numbers of pain was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shaofu Zhuyu Granules combined with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate Tablets has significant clinical effect in treatment of endometriosis, can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce inflammation reaction, and reduce recurrence rate, with high safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
