目的 探討宮瘤清膠囊聯(lián)合枸櫞酸他莫昔芬片治療絕經(jīng)期子宮肌瘤的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年3月—2017年9月成都醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的絕經(jīng)期子宮肌瘤患者90例為研究對象，所有患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組，每組各45例。對照組患者口服枸櫞酸他莫昔芬片，1片/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服宮瘤消膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療6個月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的子宮體積、肌瘤體積、雌二醇（E₂）、孕酮（P）、超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）和腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為80.0%、93.3%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者子宮體積、肌瘤體積較治療前均明顯縮小，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組子宮體積、肌瘤體積明顯小于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的E₂和P水平較治療前均明顯降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組雌激素水平明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者h(yuǎn)s-CRP和TNF-α水平較治療前均明顯降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組炎性因子水平明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 宮瘤清膠囊聯(lián)合枸櫞酸他莫昔芬片治療絕經(jīng)期子宮肌瘤具有較好的臨床療效，可縮小子宮肌瘤體積，降低血清E₂、P、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gongliuqing Capsules combined with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets in treatment of uterine leiomyoma in menopause. Methods Patients (90 cases) with uterine leiomyoma in menopause in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from March 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 45 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Gongliuqing Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and uterine volume, myoma volume, levels of E₂, P, hs-CRP, and TNF-α in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.0% and 93.3%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, uterine volume and myoma volume in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of E₂ and P in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Gongliuqing Capsules combined with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of uterine leiomyoma in menopause, can reduce the volume of uterine leiomyoma and the levels of serum E₂, P, hs-CRP, and TNF-α, which has a certain clinical application value.
