目的 探討玉屏風(fēng)顆粒聯(lián)合糠酸莫米松鼻噴霧劑治療慢性鼻炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年1月—2017年1月開封市祥符區(qū)第一人民醫(yī)院收治的慢性鼻炎患者70例為研究對象，依照入組時間編號并采用隨機(jī)信封法將其分為對照組和治療組，每組各35例。對照組吸入糠酸莫米松鼻噴霧劑，2撳/次，1次/d，病情得到控制后劑量減半。治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上溫水沖服玉屏風(fēng)顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的鼻竇CT評分、鼻內(nèi)鏡評分、臨床癥狀評分、免疫功能水平和復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為77.14%、94.29%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組鼻竇CT評分和鼻內(nèi)鏡評分顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組評分指標(biāo)明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組鼻塞、鼻涕、嗅覺減退、頭痛評分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組評分指標(biāo)明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組CD3⁺、CD4⁺水平顯著升高，而CD8⁺水平顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組免疫功能指標(biāo)水平明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，對照組和治療組的復(fù)發(fā)率分別為17.14%、2.86%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 玉屏風(fēng)顆粒聯(lián)合糠酸莫米松鼻噴霧劑治療慢性鼻炎具有較好的臨床療效，可提高細(xì)胞免疫功能，改善臨床癥狀，減少復(fù)發(fā)率，安全性較好，具有一定臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yupingfeng Granules combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray in treatment of chronic rhinitis. Methods Patients (70 cases) with chronic rhinitis in Xiangfu District First People's Hospital of Kaifeng from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 35 cases. Patients in the control group were inhalation administered with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray, 2 presses/time, once daily, and dose was reduced by half after disease control. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yupingfeng Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and sinus CT scores, nasal endoscopy scores, clinical symptom scores, and immune function levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 77.14% and 94.29%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, sinus CT scores and nasal endoscopy scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of Nasal congestion, nasal discharge, diminished smell, and headache in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3⁺ and CD4⁺ in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of CD8⁺ in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the immune function levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the recurrence rates in the control and treatment groups were 17.14% and 2.86%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yupingfeng Granules combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic rhinitis, can enhance cellular immune function, improve clinical symptoms, and reduce recurrence rate, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
