當(dāng)歸多糖為當(dāng)歸主要水溶性成分，具有明顯的補(bǔ)血活血、免疫促進(jìn)、抗腫瘤、抗輻射損傷等廣泛的藥理活性，因而成為當(dāng)歸藥效成分研究的熱點(diǎn)。通過(guò)對(duì)近年來(lái)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的分析、總結(jié)，從當(dāng)歸多糖類化學(xué)成分和藥理作用等方面，對(duì)當(dāng)歸多糖的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述，為其進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)利用提供參考。

Angelica polysaccharide, as the main water-soluble component from the root of Angelica sinensis, has the comprehensive pharmacological activities of enriching blood and promoting blood circulation, immunoenhancement, antitumor, and antiradiation, etc. The research progresses on the compositions of angelica polysaccharide and their pharmacological action are reviewed by analyzing and summarizing the related literatures, which provided the reference for the development and utilization of angelica polysaccharide.
