腎陽虛證動(dòng)物模型是建立最早的中醫(yī)證侯動(dòng)物模型，近50年來人們相繼運(yùn)用藥物、激素、手術(shù)等方法建立了基于西醫(yī)病理和中醫(yī)病機(jī)的兩大類多種腎陽虛動(dòng)物模型。現(xiàn)有模型研究尚不能完全反映中醫(yī)腎陽虛證的本質(zhì)，且造模方法不規(guī)范，缺少模型方法學(xué)、造模影響因素、造模機(jī)理等方面的系列研究，繼而影響了溫補(bǔ)腎陽藥物的合理評價(jià)。為了更好地研究腎陽虛證的本質(zhì)和提供更好的溫補(bǔ)腎陽藥的評價(jià)工具，應(yīng)在中醫(yī)理論指導(dǎo)下，以中醫(yī)臨床腎陽虛證的表現(xiàn)為依據(jù)，結(jié)合現(xiàn)代病因、病機(jī)研究，研制更符合臨床實(shí)際和中醫(yī)理論的腎陽虛病證結(jié)合動(dòng)物模型。

Animal model with Kidney-Yang Deficiency Syndrome was the earliest animal model with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome. Many kinds of animal models with Kidney-Yang Deficiency Syndrome were established with drug, hormone and operation successively in recent years. These animal models can be divided into two kinds according to mechanisms of model replicating Methods: pathological model in western medicine and etiological model in traditional Chinese medicine. Available researches on animal model were far from reflecting the essence of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Syndrome completely. The model replicating methods is nonstandard and there is a lack of study of methodology, influencing factors and mechanisms. All these influence the rational evaluation of the drugs of warming and tonifying Kidney-Yang. An animal model with Kidney-Yang Deficiency Syndrome that is more suitable to clinical practice and TCM theory should be made based on the clinical manifestation of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Syndrome and combined with modern research of pathology and etiology. The animal model should be established under the guidance of TCM theory so as to research the essence of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Syndrome and provide a better tool for the evaluation of the drugs of warming and tonifying Kidney-Yang.
