中藥緩控釋制劑研究起步較晚，發(fā)展也較慢，處在初級階段，但近年來，中藥復方緩控釋制劑的研究報道逐年增加，研究廣度和深度顯著加強，已成為當前中藥制劑研究的前沿和熱點?，F就中藥緩釋制劑的研究進展情況、制劑的類型進行綜述并提出研究思路，為中藥緩控釋制劑的研究和開發(fā)提供參考。

Research on sustained and controlled release preparation of traditional Chinese medicine is in primary stage now because of its start late and its development slow. But the amount of the reports increase year by year, the scope become more and more wide and the depth get more and more deep in recent years. In order to study and to exploitate them, we summarize research progress about drug study, dosage form and in vitro evaluation of sustained release preparation of CMM and research ideas of sustained release preparation of CMM in this text.
