目的 建立HPLC測(cè)定清胃黃連丸中小檗堿的方法。方法 色譜柱Phenomenex Luna C₁₈（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）；流動(dòng)相為乙腈-0.03 mol/L磷酸二氫鉀（35∶65）；檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)345 nm；體積流量1.0 mL/min。結(jié)果 線性范圍為25.5～510.0 ng（r＝0.999 9），平均回收率為99.39%，RSD為0.87%。結(jié)論 該方法穩(wěn)定、可靠，可作為清胃黃連丸的質(zhì)量控制方法。

Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine berberine in Qingwei Huanglian Pills. Methods Berberine was assayed on a Phenomenex Luna C₁₈ column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); The mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-0.03 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (35:65) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min; The determination wavelength was 345 nm. Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.025 5—0.510 0 μg (r = 0.999 9) for berberine. The average recoveries (n = 6) of berberine was 99.39% (RSD = 0.87%). Conclusion The method is proved to be simple and reliable and could be used for quality control of Qingwei Huanglian Pills.
