[摘要]
目的 探討注射用炎琥寧對(duì)大鼠實(shí)驗(yàn)性急性咽炎動(dòng)物模型的療效及作用機(jī)制。方法 采用乙型溶血性鏈球菌直接注射于SD大鼠咽部黏膜建立急性咽炎動(dòng)物模型,并給予注射用炎琥寧藥物進(jìn)行治療,觀察該藥物對(duì)模型動(dòng)物血清IL-1β、IL-6β、腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)的表達(dá)以及對(duì)病理形態(tài)學(xué)的影響。結(jié)果 高、中(53、26.7 mg/kg)劑量組藥物對(duì)模型動(dòng)物血清中的IL-1β、IL-6β有明顯的抑制作用,同時(shí)能不同程度改善急性咽炎的病理變化;高劑量組藥物能有效抑制模型組動(dòng)物TNF-α的表達(dá)。結(jié)論 注射用炎琥寧對(duì)急性咽炎有較好的治療作用,其作用機(jī)制可能與調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞因子的表達(dá)和抑制咽部病理改變的發(fā)生有關(guān)。

[Abstract]
Objective To explore the effects of Yanhuning Injection in rat models with acute pharyngitis and its mechanisms based on an experimental study. Methods The rats were used in this study to establish the model of acute pharyngitis induced by directly applying beta hemolytic streptococcus into pharyngeal mucosa at first. Then, the several groups were treated by Yanhuning Injection for 5 d. The expression of serum IL-1β, IL-6β and TNF-α were evaluated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and the effects on pathologic morphology were observed. Results In Yanhuning groups with high- and mid-doses, the expression of serum IL-1β, IL-6β could be obviously inhibited and the pathological changes of model group with acute pharyngistis improved in different degrees; In Yanhuning high-dose group, the expression level of TNF-α could be inhibited. Conclusion It indicates that Yanhuning Injection has a good curative effect on acute pharyngitis. The therapeutic mechanisms of Yanhuning Injiection may be related to the regulation on the expression of cytokines and the inhibition on the pathological changes of pharynx.
