雷公藤甲素是從傳統(tǒng)中藥雷公藤中提取出來的環(huán)氧二萜內(nèi)酯類化合物，是雷公藤的主要有效成分之一。具有免疫調(diào)節(jié)、抗炎、抗生育及抗腫瘤等多種生物活性，臨床使用廣泛，但具有嚴(yán)重的不良反應(yīng)。大量的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，雷公藤甲素對機(jī)體的消化系統(tǒng)、循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、泌尿系統(tǒng)、生殖系統(tǒng)及免疫系統(tǒng)等都有比較嚴(yán)重的毒性?？偨Y(jié)近幾年雷公藤甲素的研究，對其臨床前研究中的常見毒性及相應(yīng)毒性機(jī)制做一綜述，并列舉其增效減毒的方法，為臨床上更好的用藥提供參考。

Triptolide is a diterpenoid isolated from Tripterygium wilfordii which has various functions including immunoregulation, anti-inflammation, antifertility, and anticancer. But its adverse effects are severe, which mainly associated with damages to the digestive, circulatory, urinary, reproductive, and immunologic systems. This review is about its common toxicities and mechanisms of these toxicities found in experimental animals, as well as methods of reducing the toxicity.
