目前藥動學研究方興末艾，國內對藥動學技術要求越來越高。綜述了外用制劑的藥物吸收、分布、代謝和排泄等過程各自的研究進展；對外用制劑的應用現(xiàn)狀和代謝特點進行了介紹，重點歸納了藥物有效成分的藥動學研究方法和檢測技術。同時還指出藥動學研究的重要性和今后外用制劑藥動學研究中應該解決的問題。
