天然產(chǎn)物抗氧化劑在自然界有廣泛的分布，研究表明多糖、黃酮、多酚、生物堿、皂苷、維生素等天然產(chǎn)物均能有效清除自由基以保護(hù)機(jī)體健康。隨著人們回歸自然思潮的興起及安全意識(shí)的提高，天然抗氧化劑因其高效、低毒更是倍受關(guān)注。從天然產(chǎn)物中尋找新的清除體內(nèi)自由基的抗氧化劑已成為現(xiàn)代醫(yī)藥、保健行業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。綜述了天然產(chǎn)物抗氧化活性成分的研究進(jìn)展，以期為天然產(chǎn)物抗氧化活性的研究和發(fā)展提供參考。

The natural anti-oxidant has an extensive distribution in the nature. Research have shown that natural products such as polysaccharide, flavonoid, polyphenol, alkaloid, saponin, vitamin, and so on could safely and effectively scavenge free radicals and protect body health. With the trend of the return to nature and the enhancement of safety consciousness, people pay more attention to the natural anti-oxidant because of its high efficiency and low poison. It has become an inevitable trend for the modern medicine and the health care industries to find new anti-oxidant from natural products. Now it summarized research progress of the activated components coming from natural products, which played the anti-oxidative function, so as to provide some references for the research and development of the natural anti-oxidant.
