18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流動相為0.01 moL/L甲酸水(0.1%甲酸)- 乙腈-甲醇(25∶45∶30),體積流量為0.4 mL/min,柱溫為30 ℃,進(jìn)樣量10 μL;質(zhì)譜檢測采用ESI離子源,正離子MRM方式檢測;考察可能的影響因素并進(jìn)行臨床研究。結(jié)果 DBS法和DPS法方法學(xué)和臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)均良好。結(jié)論 DBS方法和DPS法較一般處理方法簡便,用血量少,儲存運(yùn)輸方便,在一些藥物的藥動學(xué)分析中能代替一般的處理方法。;Objective To investigate the application of dried blood spots (DBS) and dried plasma spots (DPS) methods in the pharmacokinetic analysis of mycophenolic acid (MPA). Methods HPLC was performed on an Ecosil C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using 0.1% formic acid (0.01 moL/L)-acetonitrile-methanol (25:45:30) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Detection was carried out using an ESI interface operating in the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. Possible factors were studied and clinical trials were carried out. Results The results of DBS and DPS methods and the data of clinical trials were excellent. Conclusion DBS and DPS methods could be alternatives to conventional assays for simple method, wih the advantages of comparable exposure data, small-volume sampling, and easy transportation and preservation."/>
