目的 提高完善祛風(fēng)舒筋丸的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法 采用薄層色譜法對(duì)處方中甘草進(jìn)行了薄層色譜鑒別，采用高效液相色譜法對(duì)處方中秦艽的有效成分龍膽苦苷進(jìn)行了測(cè)定。結(jié)果 薄層斑點(diǎn)清晰，分離度好，陰性無干擾；龍膽苦苷進(jìn)樣量在0.103 9～1.039 0 μg線性關(guān)系良好（r＝0.999 0），平均加樣回收率為95.92%，RSD為2.50%（n＝6）。結(jié)論 定性、定量方法簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確、專屬性強(qiáng)、能有效控制祛風(fēng)舒筋丸的質(zhì)量。

Objective To revise and improve the quality standard of Qufeng Shujin Pill (QSP). Methods The quantity of glycyrrhetinic acid in Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma was identified by TLC and the determination of the gentiopicroside was conducted by HPLC. Results There were clear spots, good degree of separation, and no negative interference in the TLC identification. The linear range of calibration curve was 0.103 9—1.039 0 μg (r = 0.999 0). The average recovery rate was 95.92% with RSD of 2.50% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive, and reliable, and could be used in the quality control for QSP.
