18色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸水為流動(dòng)相進(jìn)行梯度洗脫,采集230 nm特征吸收波長(zhǎng)下的信號(hào),記錄10批樣品的HPLC特征圖譜;采用“中藥色譜指紋圖譜超信息特征數(shù)字化評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)”對(duì)圖譜進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 以丹酚酸B為參照物,10批樣品所得特征圖譜共標(biāo)定18個(gè)共有峰,相似度均在0.93以上。方法的精密度、穩(wěn)定性和重復(fù)性良好。結(jié)論 本試驗(yàn)建立的方法克服了單含量測(cè)定時(shí)信息量有限的缺點(diǎn),能較全面、真實(shí)地揭示中藥材的內(nèi)在質(zhì)量特征,可為降糖通絡(luò)顆粒的質(zhì)量控制和評(píng)價(jià)提供依據(jù)。;Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint analysis for the quality control of Jiangtang Tongluo Granule. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); Acetonitrile-0.2% orthophosphoric acid aqueous solution was used as the mobile phase eluted gradiently; UV-detector was used to collect the signals at 230 nm wavelength. The HPLC characteristic chromatograms of ten batches of samples were determined. The characteristic chromatograms were comprehensively evaluated by the Digitized Evaluation System of the Chinese Materia Medica Fingerprint with the Super-information Characteristics. Results Eighteen common peaks were identified in the HPLC characteristic chromatograms of ten batches of Jiangtang Tongluo Granule by using the peak of salvianolic acid B as referential peak. The similarity of the ten batches of samples was over 0.93. The methodological validation results were good. Conclusion The fingerprint could effectively control the quality of Jiangtang Tongluo Granule, overcome the limited information of single content determination, and offer the guarantee for revealing the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, which could provide the evidence for the identification and quality control of Jiangtang Tongluo Granule."/>
