[摘要]
目的 研究苗藥黑骨藤鎮(zhèn)痛抗炎作用的活性部位。方法 小鼠隨機(jī)分為空白組、阿司匹林組及黑骨藤水、正丁醇、氯仿、醋酸乙酯、石油醚提取部位的低、高劑量組。除空白組外,各組ig給藥,空白組ig生理鹽水。采用扭體法觀察記錄給藥后15 min內(nèi)小鼠扭體次數(shù)。采用熱板法測定小鼠的痛覺反應(yīng)時(shí)間。采用耳廓腫脹法檢測小鼠耳廓腫脹度。采用棉球肉芽腫法:觀測小鼠肉芽濕質(zhì)量和干質(zhì)量。結(jié)果 黑骨藤各提取部位對醋酸誘發(fā)小鼠扭體反應(yīng)有顯著的鎮(zhèn)痛作用,其中黑骨藤正丁醇提取部位高劑量組效果最好,其疼痛抑制率為80.2%。黑骨藤正丁醇提取部位對熱板法致痛有顯著的鎮(zhèn)痛作用,與空白組比較,能顯著提高小鼠的痛閾值(P<0.05、0.01)。黑骨藤水、醋酸乙酯、石油醚提取部位對二甲苯致小鼠耳廓腫脹的急性炎癥有顯著的抗炎作用,能明顯減少小鼠耳廓腫脹度。黑骨藤各提取部位對小鼠肉芽濕質(zhì)量和干質(zhì)量均有抑制作用,其中正丁醇提取部位效果最好。結(jié)論 黑骨藤具有良好的鎮(zhèn)痛抗炎作用。其中,正丁醇部位鎮(zhèn)痛作用最好。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory constituents from Miao medicine Periploca forrestii. Methods Mice were randomly divided into the normal, aspirin, high- and low-dose of petroleum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract, trichloromethane extract, butyl alcohol extract, and water extract of P. forrestii groups. ① Twisting test:the time of twisting of mice was observed within 15 min. ② Hot-plate test:female mice were ig given relevant medicinals and the time of pain reaction was determined by using hot-plate test after the second and the third time ig administration of 30 min. ③ Ear swelling test: mouse auricle tumefaction was induced by dimethylbenzene and the mass of auricle was tested. ④ Cotton ball-granulation test: the mass of granulation was tested. Results ① All the extract fractions of P. forrestii had the significant analgesic effects on acetic acid-induced twisting reaction in mice. Compared with the normal group, the times of twisting decreased significantly in butyl alcohol extrac groups. ② In butyl alcohol groups, the significant analgesic effects on hot-plate-related pain were observed and pain thres hold was increased significantly compared with the normal group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). ③ Butyl alcohol extrac could not have the inhibition effects on auricle swelling caused by xylene in mice. ④ All the extract fractions of P. forrestii had the significant inhibition effects on granulation caused by cotton ball in mice. Compared with the normal group, the bass of granulation decreased significantly in butyl alcohol extrac groups. Conclusion P. forrestii has the anti-inflammation and the analgesic effects, and butyl alcohol extract fractions of P. forrestii has the significantly analgesic and anti-cheonic inflammation effects.
