綜述以藥養(yǎng)醫(yī)機(jī)制對醫(yī)院合理用藥的影響，通過數(shù)據(jù)深入分析當(dāng)前醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革亟需解決的問題，提出建立健全更加合理的藥品價(jià)格形成機(jī)制、政府財(cái)政投入機(jī)制、補(bǔ)償機(jī)制，逐步推行醫(yī)藥分業(yè)制度等措施，用更加合理的新機(jī)制取代以藥養(yǎng)醫(yī)的舊機(jī)制，促進(jìn)醫(yī)院合理用藥。

This paper reviews the influence of the "drug-dependent hospital operation" mechanism on the rational use of dug in hospital. Based on data, the problem that current health care system need to solve immediately is deeply analyzed, and the establishment of more reasonable drug pricing mechanism, government financial input mechanism, and compensation mechanism is proposed. This paper gradually implements the measures such as separate pharmacy from medicine, with more rational new mechanism to replace the old "drug-dependent hospital operation" mechanism, and promotes the rational use of drug in hospital.
