過敏性咳嗽為兒科常見疾病，主要表現(xiàn)為患兒長期持續(xù)或反復(fù)發(fā)作性咳嗽。近年來，發(fā)病率呈現(xiàn)上升的趨勢，已經(jīng)成為嚴(yán)重危害兒童健康的一種重要疾病。中藥有利于根治本病，使病人達(dá)到痊愈，能有效的減少或防止本病的復(fù)發(fā)。探討了中藥在治療小兒過敏性咳嗽上的應(yīng)用，依據(jù)不同病因，采用不同的中醫(yī)治療思路，運用中藥治療、綜合治療以及中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療方法進行論治，從而發(fā)現(xiàn)一定配伍規(guī)律，為深入研究過敏性咳嗽的治療方法提供參考。

Allergic cough is a common pediatric disease which mainly manifests that children patients cough for long-lasting time or with recurrence. In recent years, its incidence has shown an upward trend, and it has become an important disease of serious harm to the health of children. Chinese materia medica (CMM) is conducive to cure the disease and heal the patients, and it can effectively reduce or prevent the recurrence of the disease. This paper aims to explore the application of CMM in the treatment of children with allergic cough, according to different traditional Chinese medicine treatment ideas, by CMM treatment, comprehensive treatment and Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment, which found some compatibility rules, to provide a reference for further study of the treatment of allergic cough.
