Methods The Diamonsil-C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 mm) column was used. The mobile phases consisted of acetonitrile and water (55:45); The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the set temperature was 90 ℃, the gas flow was 2.4 L/min, and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results The linear range of dioscin was 1.03—6.18 μg (r=0.999 8), the average recovery was 100.96%, with RSD of 1.97%.
