綿萆薢Dioscoreae spongiosae作為一種常用中藥, 其含有甾體、二芳基庚烷、木脂素類、有機(jī)酸及酯等多種化學(xué)成分, 臨床上主要治療慢性前列腺炎、乳糜尿、風(fēng)濕及類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎、骨關(guān)節(jié)炎及骨質(zhì)疏松等癥狀。藥理研究表明綿萆薢及其有效成分具有抗腫瘤、抗骨質(zhì)疏松、抗真菌、抗心肌缺血、降尿酸、調(diào)血脂、預(yù)防動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化等作用。為進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行開發(fā)與利用該植物資源, 為新藥開發(fā)提供先導(dǎo)化合物, 對綿萆薢的化學(xué)成分及藥理作用研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。

As one of the most important traditional Chinese medicines, Dioscoreae Spongiosae Rhizoma is mainly used for treating chronic prostatitis, chyluria, rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and etc. It is with complex chemical compositions, containing sterides, diaryhlheptanoids, lignans, organic acids, and esters, which have many kinds of effects including antitumor, antiosteoporosis, antimicrobial, antimyocardial ischemia, reducing uric acid, braidingblood fat, prophylaxis atherosclerosis, and etc. To provide exploitation and utilization of the resources for the further research, and find lead compounds for its development, we will review the the study progressof its chemical constituents and pharmacology effects in this paper.
