[摘要]
甘草具有抗脂肪肝和抗肥胖的藥理作用,甘草黃酮類化合物和甘草酸類化合物是其有效成分。甘草及其有效成分通過它們的抗氧化作用、活化過氧化物酶體增殖子激活型受體,抑制蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B或Ι型11β-羥基甾體脫氫酶或1型大麻素受體,上調(diào)與脂肪酸β-氧化有關(guān)的基因表達(dá),下調(diào)與脂肪生成有關(guān)的基因表達(dá),解除胰島素抵抗和改善脂代謝、糖代謝紊亂,產(chǎn)生抗脂肪肝和減肥作用。臨床上已將甘草酸類化合物試用于脂肪肝的治療,且取得了較好療效。綜述了甘草及其有效成分抗脂肪肝和抗肥胖作用的研究進(jìn)展,為抗代謝綜合征新藥的研發(fā)提供依據(jù)。

Licorice has the effects of anti-obesity and anti-fatty liver. Licorice flavonoids and glycyrrhizic acid derivatives are its active components. Licorice and its active components improve carbohydrate and lipid metabolic disorders, and insulin resistance to produce the effects of anti-obesity and anti-fatty liver by anti-oxidation, activation of PPAR, inhibition of PTP1B or 11β-HSD1 or CB1R to up-regulate the expression of fatty acid β-oxidation-related genes, and to down-regulate the expression of adiogenesis-related genes. In clinic glycyrrhizic acid derivatives have been used to treat for fatty liver, and their clinical efficacy have been proved. This paper reviews the research progress in anti-obesity and anti-fatty liver effects of licorice and its active components to provide the basis for research and development on new drug against metabolism syndrome.
