[摘要]
目的 觀察金絲桃苷對實驗動物中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、呼吸系統(tǒng)、心血管系統(tǒng)的影響。方法 以低、中、高劑量(12.5、60.0、300.0 mg/kg)金絲桃苷ig給予BALB/c小鼠,觀察小鼠的一般行為、自主活動、入睡只數(shù)、入睡時間和協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)動,考察其對小鼠中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的影響;以低、中、高劑量(2、12、65 mg/kg)金絲桃苷對麻醉Beagle犬十二指腸給藥,觀察給藥前后麻醉犬的呼吸頻率、呼吸幅度、收縮壓(SBP)、舒張壓(DBP)、平均血壓(MBP)、心率(HR)、Ⅱ?qū)?lián)心電圖QT間期、QRS波群時間、PR間期、ST段偏移幅度等相關(guān)指標(biāo)的變化,考察其對Beagle犬呼吸系統(tǒng)及心血管系統(tǒng)的影響。結(jié)果 與對照組比較,用藥后各組小鼠中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng),Beagle犬呼吸幅度、呼吸頻率、血壓、心率、心電圖均無明顯變化。結(jié)論 金絲桃苷對小鼠中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、Beagle犬呼吸系統(tǒng)及心血管系統(tǒng)均無明顯影響,提示其不良反應(yīng)小。

[Abstract]
Objective To observe the pharmacological actions of hyperoside on physiological functions of central nerve, respiratory system, and cardiovascular system in mice and dogs. Methods Mice were given medicine orally with different doses (12.5, 60.0, and 300.0 mg/kg) of hyperoside, and general behavior, spontaneous locomotor test, cooperation movement ability, and synergistic effect with pentobarbital-sodium in mice were observed. Beagle's dogs were given hyperoside via duodenum with different doses (2, 12, and 65 mg/kg) in order to evaluate the effects of hyperoside on the frequency and depth of respiration, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean blood pressure (MBP), heart rate (HR), QT, QRS, PR, and ST of electrocardiogram. Results The differences in values of central nervous system in mice and respiratory range, respiratory rhythm, blood pressure and heart rate in dogs after medication showed no statistically significant difference compared with control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Hyperoside has no obvious influence on nervous system in mice, respiratory system, and cardiovascular system in Beagle's dogs.
