丹皮酚是牡丹皮和徐長卿的主要藥效成分。近年來,丹皮酚由于具有多種藥理活性越來越受到關(guān)注,如抑菌抗炎、解熱鎮(zhèn)痛、增強免疫力等。同時,丹皮酚抗腫瘤作用也成為近期的研究熱點,包括對肝癌、結(jié)腸癌、胃癌等多種腫瘤細胞具有抑制作用,其抗腫瘤機制主要有抑制細胞增殖、誘導(dǎo)細胞凋亡、改善機體免疫力等。對丹皮酚抗腫瘤作用相關(guān)的研究結(jié)果進行了綜述,探討了其抗腫瘤的機制,為深入研究丹皮酚的藥理作用提供依據(jù)。

Paeonol is the main active component of Moutan Cortex and Cynanchum paniculatum. In recent years, paeonol has been paid more attention to because of varieties of pharmacological activities, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities, improving the immune system, etc. Meanwhile, the antitumor effect of paeonol has become a research focus recently. For instance, paeonol can inhibit the development of liver cancer, colon cancer, and stomach cancer by inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells, inducing apoptosis and improving immunity. In this paper, experimental studies related to the antitumor effect of paeonol were reviewed. Antitumor mechanisms of paeonol were discussed to provide references for further study of the pharmacological effects of paeonol.
