白藜蘆醇是一種多酚類化合物,主要存在于葡萄、虎杖和花生等多種植物中,具有許多重要的生理活性,目前主要用于膳食補充劑、食品飲料和化妝品領(lǐng)域。藥理研究發(fā)現(xiàn)白藜蘆醇具有顯著的降血尿酸和抗炎活性,有望開發(fā)為降尿酸和抗類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎的新藥。就白藜蘆醇體內(nèi)外降血尿酸的藥理作用、對痛風(fēng)性炎癥和類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎炎癥的調(diào)節(jié)作用、以及對類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎滑膜細胞增殖抑制作用進行綜述,為將其開發(fā)為降尿酸和抗痛風(fēng)及治療類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎的新藥提供參考。

Resveratrol is a kind of polyphenol compound, mainly exists in Vitis vinifera, Polygonum cuspidatum, Arachis hypogaea and other plants, with many important physiological activities, mainly used in dietary supplements, beverage, and cosmetic fields. Pharmacological study found that resveratrol had significant uric acid-lowering and anti-inflammatory activities, and it was possible for resveratrol to develop as a kind of new drug to treat hyperuricemia and rheumatoid arthritis. The mechanism of resveratrol lowering uric acid, treating the inflammation of gout and rheumatoid arthritis and inhibiting the excessive proliferation of synovial cells were summarized in this paper. It would give reference for future exploitation of resveratrol to treat gout and rheumatoid arthritis.
