目的 觀察穩(wěn)心顆粒聯(lián)合普羅帕酮治療室性心動(dòng)過速的臨床療效。方法 將200例室性心動(dòng)過速患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對照組，每組各100例。對照組給予普羅帕酮，觀察組給予穩(wěn)心顆粒聯(lián)合普羅帕酮，4周后觀察治療效果。結(jié)果 觀察組總有效率（91.0%）顯著高于對照組（80.0%），差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組患者心率、血壓、P-R間期和Q-T間期治療前后比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。兩組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 穩(wěn)心顆粒聯(lián)合普羅帕酮能夠顯著降低室性心動(dòng)過速發(fā)作，提高治療效果，安全性高，值得臨床推廣。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of propafenone combined with Wenxin Granule for treating patients with ventricular tachycardia. Methods Totally 200 patients with ventricular tachycardia were divided into observation group and control group randomly, each group had 100 cases. The control group was treated with propafenone, the observation group was treated with propafenone combined with Wenxin Granule. The effects were observed after 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The heart rate, blood pressure, P-R interval, and Q-T of the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion Propafenone combined with Wenxin Granule could significantly reduce the ventricular tachycardia and improve the therapeutic effect. The safety is good, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
