山楂含有黃酮、多糖、有機酸等生物活性物質(zhì)，對黃酮、有機酸等有效成分研究較多，而對山楂多糖的研究較少。山楂多糖具有抗疲勞、增強免疫力、抗氧化、抗腫瘤以及調(diào)血脂等藥理作用，其提取方法主要有水提、超聲波提取、微波提取。主要綜述近年來國內(nèi)外對山楂多糖的藥理作用以及其提取工藝的研究進展，為更好地開發(fā)利用山楂這一植物藥資源，進而研發(fā)相關(guān)新藥提供依據(jù)。
