莪術(shù)來源于姜科姜黃屬植物，能破血祛瘀行氣、消腫止痛，用于治療癥瘕積聚、經(jīng)閉、跌打損傷、瘀腫疼痛等的治療。現(xiàn)代研究表明莪術(shù)主要含有姜黃素類、莪術(shù)醇、β-欖香烯、莪術(shù)二酮等單體成分，具有很好的抗炎、抗腫瘤等藥理作用。就莪術(shù)中的主要單體成分姜黃素、莪術(shù)醇、β-欖香烯的抗炎、抗腫瘤的作用機制進(jìn)行綜述，為進(jìn)一步的新藥研發(fā)及臨床應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。
