[摘要]
目的 建立用電感耦合等離子體發(fā)射光譜法(ICP-OES)測(cè)定右旋糖酐鐵中鉛、鎘、砷、汞、鈷、釩、硒、鉬8種重金屬元素含量的分析方法。方法 通過檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)考察,儀器參數(shù)優(yōu)化,應(yīng)用干擾元素校正法(IEC)校正光譜干擾,測(cè)定8種重金屬元素的量。結(jié)果 應(yīng)用IEC法校正光譜干擾,回收率在88.7%~101.3%之間,方法準(zhǔn)確度良好,各待測(cè)元素線性關(guān)系良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)均大于0.999,檢出限為0.12~7.26 ng/mL,定量限為0.40~23.96 ng/mL,方法精密度良好(RSD<3.5%,n=6)。結(jié)論 應(yīng)用IEC法進(jìn)行光譜校正后的結(jié)果明顯優(yōu)于未加校正的常規(guī)法測(cè)定結(jié)果。建立的方法準(zhǔn)確、靈敏、迅速,可用于右旋糖酐鐵中8種重金屬元素含量的測(cè)定。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method for the determination of eight heavy metal elements (Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Co, V, Se, and Mo) in iron dextran by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Methods Through detection wavelength selection, optimization of instrument parameters and applying interference element correction (IEC) method to correction of spectral interference, the eight heavy metal elements were analyzed by ICP-OES. Results The elements recoveries were from 88.7% to 101.3% by correction of spectral interference with IEC method. The accuracy of the method was good. The linearities of the detected elements were good, and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999. The detection limits were from 0.12 to 7.26 ng/mL. The quantization limits were from 0.40 to 23.96 ng/mL. The precision of the method was good (RSD<3.5%, n=6). Conclusion The results of the spectral interference correction by IEC method are greatly superior to the results of conventional method. The established method is accurate, sensitive, and rapid, which can be applied to the determination of contents of eight heavy metal elements in iron dextran.
