多潘立酮是一種高效的外周多巴胺受體拮抗劑，能夠作用于胃腸道，促進胃腸蠕動，協(xié)調(diào)胃與十二指腸運動，具有顯著的胃動力和止吐效果，在臨床上廣泛應用。近年來，隨著多潘立酮的廣泛應用，一些嚴重的不良反應也暴露出來，其中最近引起關注的是心臟不良反應。介紹了目前臨床應用中多潘立酮的適應癥、配伍等方面的新認識，并對其致心臟不良反應的危險因素和發(fā)生機制進行闡述，旨在提高醫(yī)務工作者和患者的用藥安全意識，為臨床合理用藥提供依據(jù)。

Domperidone is an effective peripheral dopamine receptor antagonist. It can work on the gastrointestinal tract to promote gastrointestinal peristalsis and coordinate the movement of stomach and duodenum. Because of the significantly gastric motility and anti-nausea effect, domperidone was widely used in clinic. With the wide application, some serious adverse reactions of domperidone were also exposed recently. Among these, cardio-toxicity is the severest and it has attracted the attention. This paper introduces the new understanding of domperidone in the indications, drug compatibility in current clinical application and summarizes the risk factors and response mechanism of the cardiac adverse reactions. The purpose of this article is to improve medical workers and patients' medical security awareness and provide the basis for clinical rational drug use.
