[摘要]
微量元素包含人體必需與可能必需的,隨著現(xiàn)代分析技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,進(jìn)行微量元素分析和測(cè)定的方法也層出不窮。查閱近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),通過(guò)對(duì)目前的藥材中微量元素含量測(cè)定方法的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,包括原子吸收分光光度法、電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法、熒光光譜法、激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜法等,對(duì)比分析了各種微量元素含量測(cè)定方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),以期為提升元素檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供借鑒,不斷提高藥材質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Trace elements contain essential and potentially necessary in human body. With the continuous development of modern analytical techniques, trace element analysis and determination of methods are endless. The main methods of measurement include atomic absorption spectrophotometry, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, fluorescence spectroscopy, laser induced breakdown spectroscopy, and so on. By reviewing the relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years, the advantages and disadvantages of each method are compared and analyzed, in order to provide a reference for the detection of standards in medicinal material, and developing its quality.
