注射用益氣復脈（凍干）處方源于經典古方生脈散，由紅參、麥冬和五味子3味中藥組成，主要化學成分為三萜皂苷類、甾體皂苷類、木脂素類、糖類及其他成分。臨床上主要用于治療冠心病勞累型心絞痛及慢性心功能不全等心血管系統(tǒng)疾病。本文就近10年注射用益氣復脈（凍干）的化學成分、藥材質量評價、產品質量控制方法以及配伍穩(wěn)定性研究進行綜述，為臨床上更加安全合理用藥提供依據和參考。

Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection is a modern preparation derived from the famous ancient prescription of Sheng-mai San, consisting of three traditional Chinese medicines of Panax ginseng, Ophiopogon japonicas, and Schisandra chinensis. The main chemical components are triterpenoid saponins, steroid saponins, lignans, carbohydrates, and other ingredients. It is mainly used for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and chronic cardiac insufficiency. In this article, the contents of chemical components, quality control of raw materials and preparation, and compatibility in the past 10 years are reviewed, providing a basis and reference for safer and rational drug use in clinic.
