目的 探討注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）臨床使用安全性問(wèn)題。方法 隨機(jī)抽取某醫(yī)院2016年11月—2017年10月臨床使用注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）住院病歷，設(shè)計(jì)《注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）使用情況調(diào)查表》，對(duì)240份病例進(jìn)行回顧性調(diào)查，研究其對(duì)肝腎功能的影響，并統(tǒng)計(jì)不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況，初步探討注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）臨床使用安全性問(wèn)題。結(jié)果 在使用注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）治療的240名患者中，藥物治療前后，對(duì)肝腎功能無(wú)明顯影響。結(jié)論 注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）臨床使用對(duì)肝腎功能未見(jiàn)影響，不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低，臨床使用安全性較好。

Objective To evaluate the safety of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection in clinical usage. Methods Random selection of medical records in a hospital where Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection is clinically used between Nov. 2016 and Oct. 2017, and design the application questionnaire of Yiqi Fumai lyophilized Injection. We produced the retrospective investigation of 240 cases to study its impact on liver and kidney function, and statistics of adverse reactions occurred, then preliminary evaluate the clinical safety of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection. Results Among the 240 patients treated with Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection, there was no significant influence on liver and kidney function before and after treatment. Conclusion Clinical application of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection had no effect on liver and kidney function and there was a low adverse effect ratio, so it's safe to useYiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection clinically.
