[摘要]
目的 考查不同材質(zhì)及不同孔徑的超濾膜對5種麥冬皂苷類成分的影響。方法 以麥冬皂苷C、麥冬皂苷D、麥冬皂苷D'、麥冬皂苷Ra、龍血苷F為考察指標,利用HPLC-UV法測定其超濾前后變化,考察不同材質(zhì)及孔徑的超濾膜對5種麥冬皂苷收率的影響以及各超濾階段對麥冬皂苷類成分截留率的變化情況。結(jié)果 不同材質(zhì)及不同孔徑的超濾膜處理下,麥冬皂苷類成分的收率不同;聚醚砜材質(zhì)超濾膜對各超濾階段的麥冬皂苷類成分截留率變化趨勢與纖維素材質(zhì)是一致的。結(jié)論 采用100 kDa的聚醚砜超濾膜,可以使麥冬皂苷類成分的收率達到最高,用50%乙醇進行等體積透析,會對麥冬皂苷的收率有較大的改善。

Objective To investigate the effect of the ultrafiltration membrane with different materials and different sizes on five saponins of Ophipogon japonicas. Methods Using Ophipogonin C, ophipogonin D, ophipogonin D', ophipogonin Ra, and dracaenoside F as index, determine the change of the content before and after the ultrafiltration membrane to measure the effect on the yield of ophiopogonins by HPLC-UV, observe the influence of different materials and pore sizes of ultrafiltration membrane on yields of 5 kinds of saponins. Results The yield of ophiopogonins from Radix Ophiopogonis was different under different material and pore size. The variation trend of the retention rate of ophiopogonins in the ultrafiltration stage was consistent with that of cellulose. Conclusion Using 100kDapolyethersulfone ultrafiltration membrane will have the highest yield of ophiopogonins. Using 50% ethanol for equal volume dialysis can greatly improve the yield of Ophiopogonjaponicus saponin.
