目的 建立一種用于測(cè)定注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）滋味的方法，以保證不同生產(chǎn)批次間的質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。方法 采用Alpha MOS公司電子舌（Astree）測(cè)定注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）6批樣品，以0.01 mol/L鹽酸為校準(zhǔn)溶液，以蒸餾水為稀釋溶劑，樣品采集時(shí)間為60 s，每次分析時(shí)間120 s，每個(gè)樣品重復(fù)測(cè)9次，利用Alpha Soft V14.2軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果 注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）的酸、甜、苦3個(gè)滋味表現(xiàn)較明顯，且批間差異不大；利用主成分分析能很好地區(qū)分不同批次樣品在味道上的差異；不同樣品間味道的相對(duì)強(qiáng)度存在差異；利用獨(dú)立建模分析對(duì)其他批次樣品進(jìn)行鑒定，識(shí)別率為100%。結(jié)論 所建立的方法具有樣品處理方法簡(jiǎn)單、操作簡(jiǎn)單、快速、檢測(cè)成本低、污染小等特點(diǎn)，可用于注射用益氣復(fù)脈（凍干）滋味的測(cè)定。

Objective A method for determination of the tastes of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection was established to ensure the quality stability among the different production batches. Methods Alpha MOS electronic tongue (Astree) was used for the determination in 6 batches samples using 0.01 mol/L hydrochloric acid as calibration solution and the distilled water as dilution solvent, the sample collection time was 60 s, the time for each analysis was 120 s, the determination of each sample was repeated 9 times, and the test data was analyzed by Alpha Soft V14.2. Results The performance of sour, sweet, and bitter tastes was significant in Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection, and the difference among the batches was not significant. PCA analysis can be used to distinguish differences of the taste in the different batches samples; The relative intensity of tastes is different among the different batches of samples. The model established by SIMCA was used to identify the other batches of samples with the recognition rate of 100%. Conclusion The established method with the characteristics of simple sample handling, simple operation, short detection period, lower cost and pollution, which is applicable for the determination of the tastes of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection.
