目的 探討基礎(chǔ)治療聯(lián)合克咳片治療慢性阻塞性肺疾病的臨床療效。方法 選取本病患者共60例，隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各30例，試驗(yàn)組采用基礎(chǔ)治療+克咳片治療，對(duì)照組采用基礎(chǔ)治療，療程為1個(gè)月，每周隨訪1次。比較治療前后組內(nèi)和組間mMRC和CAT的差異，評(píng)估患者治療前后咳痰、咳嗽、氣短評(píng)分變化及治療前后組內(nèi)組間FEV1%差異。結(jié)果 與治療前比較，兩組治療后mMRC評(píng)分及CAT評(píng)分顯著降低，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；兩組治療后組間比較，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，但試驗(yàn)組治療前與治療后的差值大于對(duì)照組。單項(xiàng)癥狀療效分析結(jié)果顯示，兩組治療后咳嗽、咳痰、氣短療效評(píng)分均較治療前明顯減少，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；試驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組治療后咳嗽、咳痰組間比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。FEV1%療效分析結(jié)果顯示，試驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組治療前后組內(nèi)比較，F(xiàn)EV1%均明顯改善，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；兩組治療后組間比較，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，但試驗(yàn)組治療前后的差值大于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論 克咳片聯(lián)合基礎(chǔ)用藥治療慢性阻塞性肺疾病有較好的療效，尤其是在改善患者咳嗽、咳痰方面，療效確切。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of 60 cases of basic treatment combined with Keke Tablets on Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method A total of 60 patients were selected, who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (30 cases/group). Treatment group:basic treatment and Keke Tablets, control group:basic treatment. Result Keke with the curative effect of mMRC, CAT and FEV1% with Tablets and basic drug treating COPD, there was no statistical difference. The treatment group was better than control group in individual symptoms of cough and sputum. Conclusion Keke Tablets combined with basic drugs in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has better curative effect, especially in improving cough and expectoration, the curative effect is exact.
