阿折地平作為第3代二氫吡啶類鈣拮抗劑，不僅顯示出獨(dú)特的降壓優(yōu)勢(shì)，還具有減慢心率、抗動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化、心腎保護(hù)、改善胰島素耐受、降低尿酸、減輕肝硬化等藥理作用，具有較高的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，綜述阿折地平的結(jié)構(gòu)特征、藥動(dòng)學(xué)和臨床研究進(jìn)展，以期為臨床合理用藥及深入研究提供依據(jù)。

Azelnidipine as one of the third generation dihydropyridine type calcium channel blockers has high clinical value, it not only shows the unique advantage of antihypertension, but also shows the pharmacological action of heart rate slowing, anti-atherosclerosis, cardiorenal protection, insulin resistance improving, uric acid lowering, hepatic fibrosis alleviating, and so on. This article reviews its structure characteristics, pharmacokinetic and clinical research progresses in the related literatures published at home and abroad, with view to providing a basis for Azelnidipine on clinical rational drug use and deep exploration.
