[摘要]
目的 探討對新生兒缺氧缺血性腦病應(yīng)用單唾液酸四己糖神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂鈉注射液聯(lián)合高壓氧治療的臨床效果,分析對患兒血清相關(guān)因子的影響。方法 選取2012年1月—2017年5月安康市中心醫(yī)院診治的缺氧缺血性腦病患兒96例,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分成2組,分別是對照組和研究組,每組各48例,將常規(guī)治療聯(lián)合高壓氧治療應(yīng)用于對照組,將單唾液酸四己糖神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂鈉注射液聯(lián)合高壓氧治療應(yīng)用于研究組,共治療3個療程。對比兩組患兒的治療總有效率、意識反射恢復(fù)時間、可吸吮恢復(fù)時間、意識恢復(fù)時間、肌張力恢復(fù)時間,血清可溶性細(xì)胞間黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、生長激素(GH)和胰島素樣生長因子-1(IGF-1)等水平。結(jié)果 治療后對照組患兒的肌張力恢復(fù)時間、意識反射恢復(fù)時間、可吸吮恢復(fù)時間、意識恢復(fù)時間顯著高于研究組(P<0.05);對照組患兒治療后的總有效率為81.2%,顯著低于研究組患兒治療后的總有效率93.7%(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組血清IGF-1、GH水平均顯著高于治療前(P<0.05),血清sICAM-1水平顯著低于治療前(P<0.05);且研究組治療后血清IGF-1、GH水平均顯著高于對照組(P<0.05),血清sICAM-1水平顯著低于對照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 對新生兒缺氧缺血性腦病患者應(yīng)用單唾液酸四己糖神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂鈉注射液聯(lián)合高壓氧治療的臨床效果佳,可以有效降低患兒血清sICAM-1水平,有效提高患兒血清IGF-1水平和GH水平,值得推廣。

Objective To explore the effect of the combined hyperbaric oxygenation of monosialic acid tetrahexylic acid on the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and the effect of the analysis on the serum correlation factors. Methods Collected in January 2012 to May 2017 in Ankang Center Hospital 96 cases of children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy as the research object, using digital grouping method is divided into research group and control group, with one sialic acid team with four hexose ganglioside sodium injection combined hyperbaric oxygen treatment, children with the control group using conventional treatment combined hyperbaric oxygen treatment, compared two groups of children with muscle tone recovery time, consciousness recovery time, recovery time reflected, can suck the recovery time, total effective rate of treatment, and serum IGF-1, GH and sICAM-1 level indicator. Results The time of recovery time, consciousness recovery time, conscious reflex recovery time and the recovery time of the recovery time were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 81.2% after treatment of the children in the control group. The total effective rate was 93.7% after the treatment of the children in the study group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Of the two groups after treatment in children with serum IGF-1, GH levels before treatment were increased obviously (P<0.05), was significantly lower the serum levels of sICAM-1 compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Single sialic acid four hexose ganglioside sodium injection combined hyperbaric oxygen treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy clinical curative effect is good, can effectively increase with serum IGF-1, GH level and lower serum level of sICAM-1 and is worth further explore clinical research and application.
