[摘要]
目的 對比豬肺磷脂注射液與注射用牛肺表面活性劑治療早產(chǎn)兒肺透明膜病的效果。方法 2012年9月—2016年12月選擇在佛山市禪城區(qū)中心醫(yī)院診治的早產(chǎn)兒肺透明膜病64例作為研究對象,根據(jù)隨機(jī)信封抽簽原則分為觀察組與對照組各32例,兩組都給予常規(guī)基礎(chǔ)治療與機(jī)械通氣治療,對照組給予豬肺磷脂注射液治療,觀察組給予注射用牛肺表面活性劑治療,記錄兩組預(yù)后情況。結(jié)果 兩組的機(jī)械通氣時間、住院天數(shù)對比差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。觀察組的住院費用明顯低于對照組(P<0.05)。兩組治療后2、24 h的肺泡內(nèi)正壓參數(shù)都明顯低于治療前,同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05),在組間對比差異都無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。兩組治療后2、24 h的肺泡內(nèi)正壓參數(shù)都明顯低于治療前,同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05),在組間對比差異都無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。兩組治療后2、24 h的肺泡內(nèi)正壓參數(shù)都明顯低于治療前,同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05),在組間對比差異都無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 豬肺磷脂注射液與注射用牛肺表面活性劑治療早產(chǎn)兒肺透明膜病痘能促進(jìn)肺功能的提高,改善血氣狀況,促進(jìn)患兒康復(fù),但注射用牛肺表面活性劑在住院花費方面更具優(yōu)勢。

[Abstract]
Objective To compare the effects of Curosurf and Ke Li Su treatment of hyaline membrane disease. Methods From September 2012 to December 2016, 64 cases of hyaline membrane disease in our hospital were selected as the research object, all the cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 32 cases accorded to the random lottery envelopes, two groups were given routine treatment with mechanical ventilation treatment, the control group was given curosurf treatment, the observation group was given calsurf treatment, recorded the prognosis of the two groups. Results The mechanical ventilation time and hospital stay in the observation group compared to the control group were not significant difference, while the hospitalization expenses of the observation group was less than control group (P<0.05). The positive alveolar pressure parameters after treatment two hours and 24 hours in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), while compared between the two groups were not significant difference. The pH and PaO2 after treatment two hours and 24 hours in the two groups were higher than that before treatment, while the PaCO2 was significantly lower than that before treatment, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05); while compared between the two groups were not significant difference. Conclusion Curosurf and calsurf in the treatment of hyaline membrane disease can promote improve lung function, improve blood status, promote the rehabilitation of children, while calsurf had less hospitalization expenses.
