目的 探討依托考昔治療膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的療效。方法 2015年8月—2017年4月選擇在漢中市中醫(yī)院診治的膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者92例作為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組與對(duì)照組各46例，對(duì)照組給予硫酸氨基葡萄糖治療，觀察組給予依托考昔治療，兩組都治療觀察3個(gè)月。比較兩組臨床療效、膝關(guān)節(jié)功能（Lysholm）評(píng)分、免疫功能及生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分情況。結(jié)果 觀察組與對(duì)照組總有效率分別為97.8%和82.6%，觀察組的總有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后觀察組與對(duì)照組的Lysholm評(píng)分分別為（86.34±11.36）分和（75.81±10.76）分，都明顯高于治療前的（56.24±12.53）分和（56.21±12.54）分（P<0.05），同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；觀察組治療后Lysholm評(píng)分也明顯高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組與對(duì)照組治療后的外周血CD³⁺值和CD³⁺CD⁸⁺值都明顯高于治療前，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；同時(shí)觀察組治療后的外周血CD³⁺值和CD³⁺CD⁸⁺值明顯高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后觀察組的生理機(jī)能、生理職能、軀體疼痛、一般健康狀況評(píng)分都明顯高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 相對(duì)于硫酸氨基葡萄糖，依托考昔治療膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎能提高總體療效，促進(jìn)膝關(guān)節(jié)功能的改善，改善患者的生活質(zhì)量，其作用機(jī)制與提高患者的免疫功能有關(guān)。

Objective To compare the efficacy of different types of knee osteoarthritis treated with celecoxib. Methods From August 2015 to April 2017, 92 cases with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital for treatment were selected as the research object, all the cases were divided into observation group and control group with 46 cases in each group accorded to randomly. The control group was treated with glucosamine sulfate treatment, the observation group was treated with etoricoxib treatment, two groups were treated for 3 months. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 97.8% and 82.6%, respectively, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the Lysholm scores in the observation group and the control group after treatment were (86.34 ±11.36) points and (75.81 ±10.76) points that were significantly higher than that before treatment of (56.24 ±12.53) points and (56.21 ±12.54) points (P<0.05), the Lysholm scores in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The peripheral blood CD³⁺ and CD³⁺CD⁸⁺ values in the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05), while the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the physiological function, physiological function, body pain and general health status of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compares with glucosamine sulfate, etoricoxib treatment of different types of knee osteoarthritis can improve the overall curative effect, promote the knee joint function improvement, improve the quality of life of patients, its mechanism may relate to improve the immune function of the patients.
