目的 探討芪藶強(qiáng)心膠囊聯(lián)合參附注射液治療慢支肺氣腫合并休克的價(jià)值。方法 采用回顧性、隨機(jī)、抽樣研究方法，2014年7月-2017年1月選擇在安康市中醫(yī)院診治的158例慢支肺氣腫合并休克患者作為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)治療方法的不同分為觀察組與對(duì)照組各79例，對(duì)照組給予參附注射液治療，觀察組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予芪藶強(qiáng)心膠囊治療，兩組都治療觀察2周。結(jié)果 觀察組血壓回升的時(shí)間顯著少于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；兩組治療1 h后血氧飽和度與1 h后心率對(duì)比無(wú)顯著性差異。觀察組的總有效率是98.7%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的88.6%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組治療后的左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)（LVEF）均顯著高于治療前，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且觀察組顯著高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組治療后血清B型利鈉肽（BNP）水平均較治療前降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且觀察組低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 芪藶強(qiáng)心膠囊聯(lián)合參附注射液治療慢支肺氣腫合并休克能改善心功能，降低血清BNP水平，從而提高治療效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with Shenfu Injection in chronic bronchitis and emphysema patients with shock. Methods Used a retrospective, randomized sampling method, From July 2014 to January 2017, 158 chronic bronchitis and emphysema patients with shock in our hospital were selected as the research object and were divided into observation group and control group with 79 patients in each group accorded to the different treatment methods, the control group was given Shenfu injection treatment, the observation group were given Qiliqiangxin capsule based on the treatment in control group, two groups were treated for 2 weeks. Results The recovery time of blood pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant difference in the blood oxygen saturation heart rate after 1h treatment in the observation group compared with those of the control group. The total effective rates in the observation group and the control group were 98.7% and 88.6% respectively, and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The LVEF in the observation group and the control group after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The serum BNP level in the two groups were decreased after treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with Shenfu Injection in the treatment of chronic bronchitis and emphysema patients with shock can improve cardiac function and decrease the levels of BNP, so as to improve the therapeutic effect.
